Booking Policies

Payments

We charge a $20 deposit fee.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits must be sent via Cash App to $medusasplace to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full by CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD at time of service.

Late Arrivals

We have a 10 minute grace period.

A late fee of $10 will be added after 10 minutes.

Being late 20 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled and will be required to reschedule.

Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled after 14 days of original appointment will result in a new deposit being charged.

No Shows

We have a strict no show policy.

One no call, no show will result in the termination of nail care services with us. We understand that things happen, so please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the discontinuation of nail services.

Covind-19 Precautions

If you are feeling sick, please reschedule at a later date when you are feeling better. A face mask is required during the appointment. Washing hands is required before and after service.

Parking

There are 3 public parking lots located around the building that charge a fee. Free parking is available on the street Mon-Fri after 6p and on weekends and major US holidays.

Additional Guests

Please do not bring guests.

Children are allowed ONLY if they are scheduled for a Mini Me service.

Please make the appropriate arrangements to arrive at your appointment without guests.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED.
