Appointment Policies

At this time, the Private Suite is reserved exclusively for existing clients. New guests are warmly invited to book with me at my Salon Location, where the same care and quality are always provided.

Hours of operation are subject to change. If unsure, please inquire about available days and times before scheduling.

Sundays: 10a-7p

Mondays: 9a-7p

Location

Tip Room is located Downtown Hartford, CT. To respect the privacy and safety of each client and the service provider, the exact address is provided during the appointment confirmation process. 

Deposits

A $20 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. A payment link will be sent upon confirmation and must be completed within 24 hours. Retainers will be credited toward your appointment balance.

Cash App deposits are not accepted unless previously discussed and approved.

Payment Methods

Credit and debit cards are accepted for all orders and services. Payments can be made using the card on file, a new card for swiping/tapping, or via Cash App. Please note: Cash App payments will automatically incur a $5 transaction fee.

The final balance is due in full at the time of service.

Wellness Precautions

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling better. Both parties must wash their hands before and after the service for hygiene and safety.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

No Shows

No-call, no-show will result in termination of services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify reach out as soon as possible to avoid service discontinuation.

Canceled appointments must be rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment date to avoid requiring a new deposit. Rescheduling does not mean the new appointment must occur within those 7 days.

Additional Guests & Pets

No additional guests or pets are allowed during appointments. Please make appropriate arrangements to arrive without guests or pets.

Parking

There are three public parking lots near the building that charge a fee. Free street parking is available Monday–Friday after 6:00 PM, on weekends, and on major U.S. holidays.

Squeeze Ins

Same day squeeze ins and appointments requested outside of regular business hours will automatically incur a $30 after-hours fee.

Refunds

Please advise of your preferences prior to your service. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please reach out so you can be accommodated. All sales are final.

Termination of Services

Both the client and the service provider reserve the right to terminate services at any time.
